Returns:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@whiteirisboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the item back to us.

Refunds:

  • Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, please allow 7-10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Exchange: If you would like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the replacement. Shipping fees for exchanges will apply.

Shipping Costs:

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
  • Original Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@whiteirisboutique.com. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
